HP Pavilion dv2000 Notebook Computer. A Question about bluetooth?
OK, thanks for reading. I have had this problem for a while and haven't found a solution yet. I have an HP dv2000 notebook computer, widescreen, 14.1 inch monitor. In the specs i have found online, it says that the system interface includes one for bluetooth. i have a bluetooth phone and wish to connect my computer to it. However, when i search for a pre-installed program, i cant find one.
I am now wondering if the computer does actually have a bluetooth program. If there is one pre-installed, how do i access it, any websites that can help me? And if there is not an existing bluetooth program, where might i find one that does not involve an external connection? Which ones might be best?
I use bluesoleil which works extremly well, see list of sources for link. I've conneted to my phone and my WiiMote with it.
Many times you have to enable the bluetooth for it to work... on a Desktop you might have to go into the BIOS (usualy F2 or Del on bootup)
on Laptops there is often a switch or a keyboard command to turn it on, check your keyboard to see if you can find the bluetooth symbol (see second link for piture of bluetooth symbol)
