Is there such a thing as a touch screen car radio?
I am looking for somthing that can be built in (replacing a radio) with a touch screen. Like a GPS system, but one that controls the radio and is compatible with an iPod. Does somthing like this exist?
Pioneer N4, or Z2 are both top of the line Navi/Touchscreens. check them out.
